Talking about what is going on can sometimes be difficult to begin with. If it works for your child I will work creatively, using play, sandtray therapy, drawing and using games to support young people and children to communicate emotions, feelings and thoughts.
The main aims of therapy are to understand and allow expression of emotions, this will help with different experiences and feelings of sadness, anger, hopelessness, loneliness,loss, grief and much more.
Therapy offers a safe space to explore and process difficult experiences and is non judgemental.
